This year’s speakers will include IEF chairman and longtime energy attorney Peter Richardson, tribal member and clean energy consultant Chantel Greene, and Linda Engle, founder of Idaho State University’s Sustainable Idaho podcast and champion of numerous solar initiatives in Pocatello.
Last year, a number of legislators and Lt. Gov. Scott Bedke stopped by to check out the presentation and organizations that hosted tables with information about wind and solar energy, environmentally friendly options for daily life, and how to get involved. Some organizations who are joining us this year include: Clēnera, Conservation Voters of Idaho, Magic Valley Energy, CSI’s Renewable Energy & Industrial Systems Technology Department, Idaho State University – Energy Systems Technology and Education Center and the City of Boise Geothermal Energy.
We hope you’ll join us and a dozen or so partners in building momentum for Idaho’s clean energy economy again this year at the statehouse.
